Profile

I'm the Frontend Team Leader and UX Designer of the Global IT Solutions team at TeamSystem S.p.A., a tech & AI company with over 6,000 employees and 3.1 million clients, leader in Italy for digital business management solutions.

I work within the Stargate program, building a global order-to-cash stack integrating Zuora, SAP and a custom CPQ system designed for the sales teams. In November 2025 we released the first version for a newly acquired Spanish legal entity — a key milestone in the group's international standardisation effort.

I coordinate a team of collaborators on architecture definition, code review, UX design and frontend delivery. I adopt a design thinking approach: proposing wireframes and interaction solutions before final implementation, working with Kanban methodology and MVP-first validation cycles. I use React, Redux, Next.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Figma, GIT, Jira, Postman and Swagger daily, and I actively promote AI tools — in particular Claude Code — in both our daily workflows and the products we build.

    Frontend Team Leader and UX Designer

    FERRARI GROUP – SW SYSTEM S.R.L. - MILANO

    Implementation of the first self-service portal for integrated logistics services dedicated to jewelry and luxury goods. Responsible for functional analysis, requirements definition, UX design, frontend development and production deployment. Used React, Redux, JavaScript, Node.js, Trello and Jira daily, contributing to product UX and frontend delivery until May 2024.
